It’s the time of year for backyard barbecues, potlucks, and picnics. With infinite variations and potential for mixing in seasonal veggies and fresh herbs, potato salad is a summer standby. And it seems like something everyone has a preference about: dill or parsley? Mayo or vinegar base? New potatoes or yellow ones? People’s is hosting a potato salad contest on July 6th to see who does it best! We’ll have prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
