This workshop is intended to introduce or refresh people to a vegan diet. Daniela Lais is a journalist, vegan baker, chef and award-winning cookbook author (originally) from Austria, Europe. She currently lives in Portland, Oregon and is the author of Simply Vegan Baking, Vegan Lunchbox and Vegan On The Go. Her books are on the European, US, UK, Brazilian and Portugal market. She has lived the vegan lifestyle for over 16 years.
