Feeling MELON-choly

I don’t know if there is anything better than sweet, juicy watermelon on a hot day

You can eat watermelon as is, of course, or blend it into a cool refreshing drink. But it also has lots of savory uses! Try it in a salad with cucumber, feta, and mint. Or marinated, grilled, and served with greek yogurt. And don’t forget you can pickle the rinds!
