Join Jeanne Schultz and Jill Russell, Vegan Chefs, for a two-hour demonstration including samples and vegan, gluten free, baked and raw holiday recipes. The class menu will include recipe templates for: Thumbprint Cookies, Chia Seed Donuts, Raw Banana Date Cookies, Raw Cacao Truffles, and Specially Packaged Chia Seed Pudding. The class will teach you a unique way to package and deliver a zero waste gift for friends and family. You'll also leave the class with an extra holiday treat to take home- a recipe compilation, for a plant-based Pumpkin Bliss Cheesecake.
