Nadi Yoga is a dynamic movement based yoga that incorporates unique fluid dancelike sequencing as well as traditional held postures, safe for practitioners of all levels and body types.  It utilizes the mind's inherent power and medium of awareness to bring deep shirt in the perspective of one's inner and outer reality.
