FULL: Growing & Maintaining a Sourdough Starter

Come learn the ins and outs of growing, maintaining, and using your sourdough starter. We'll discuss using dry yeast and harvesting the wild stuff, great bread books, perfect overnight waffles, and other uses for your starter. You'll leave with a starter of your own.
