Making the Food-Mood Connection

Our most basic emotional nourishment comes from how we feed ourselves -- physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Making the Food-Mood Connection is a workshop designed to bring a fresh perspective to the question, “what should I eat?” by examining the relationship between your food and your mood.

Everybody’s body is different. Certified Holistic Health Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher, Rebecca Van Damm, will provide you with new tools for emotional balance by helping you connect the dots between your unique composition, your diet and your state of mind and heart.  

In addition to a presentation on the science of nutrition and emotional wellbeing, expect an interactive class including yogic postures and breathing, personal writing and reflection, and group discussion. Discover how to lift your spirits and find solid ground!
