Feeling Into No: An experiential workshop

Come explore how it feels to say no within a space of safety and deep listening.

Saying no is saying yes to a truth that needs to be heard. Saying no is more than verbal. It's a way of letting out emotions that need to come to the surface. Participants will take part in individual and group movement and mindfulness exercises meant to explore how the body reacts and assists in the saying of no. Come dressed to move. This workshop is facilitated by Jonathan Lee. Jonathan has over 20 years of experience teaching and using theater, movement, and mindfulness to create change for people, audiences, and organizations. He is a Performance Artist, Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, and Freelance Creative Director.

Class is free, contact Jonleesparky@gmail.com for registration. Class capped at 12 people.
