This eight-week program that will provide you with in-depth information on a healthy, environmentally-sustainable, plant-based diet.
Presentations will cover plant-based nutrition, the link between diet and chronic disease prevention, the environmental impacts of the foods we grow and eat, the lives of farm animals, and animal rights and welfare philosophies as well as arm you with the tools you need to answer the tough questions about plant-based diets and vegan living. Everyone is welcome.
The entire program is just $45 for Northwest VEG members, $60 for non-members, or $30 for students and low income folks.
Sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 8:45 pm for eight consecutive weeks starting April 5th.
