-Learn what Whole Plant Food Ingredients to substitute for egg, flour, dairy & white sugar

-Learn techniques for achieving optimum texture and taste

-Learn key Ingredients that act as raw binders and thickening agents 

-4 Demos of Raw Desserts ( 1 being a decadent cashew cheesecake) with fresh, local Spring fruits and ingredients
