Do you feel confused about the intricacies of your menstrual cycle? Struggling with acne, PMS, irregular or absent periods, and other pesky symptoms? Light snacks (gluten-free + vegan) will be provided and attendees will walk away with 2-3 recipes to try at home! We'll also have a fresh batch of hot, hormone-loving tea - bring your own mug!

Sliding scale $15-$25. Registration required and will close Friday, November 9th at 11:30 pm PST.
