Member-Owner Yoga

This class is open to People's  Member-Owners only.

This class offers a meditative vinyasa inspired by elements of Ayurveda, dance, and Hatha yoga practices.  We will work with the intention of being mindful and present in our body, while exploring fun and expressive forms of movement.

No need to RSVP.   Mats available.
