This 2 week yoga series is ideal for beginners and students interested in a gentle vinyasa flow class. A focus on deep breathing, mindfulness, and body awareness will aim to leave everyone feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Join us for the series, or drop in for a single class! Class dates are Saturdays: 9/15, 9/22.
With little representation of queer and trans people in mainstream yoga and marketing, this class will provide a space to redefine how yoga can benefit all bodies. This class welcomes anyone interested in practicing yoga in a supportive space with a trans instructor.
This class is free and open to all. Yoga mats & props are available for use during class. The Community Room is located on the 2nd floor up a flight of stairs. It is also accessible by elevator lift--just let a cashier know you need to use it and they will help you!
