Taste of Fall: Pop Up Dinner with Chef Sakile Mitchell

A Taste of Fall is a dinner from the creative mind of Chef Sakile Mitchell, owner of Brown Sugar Cookie Company & Catering ( Using seasonal fall foods from local farmers and People's Food Co-op, this vegan dinner will give guests a taste of the Oregon flavors of fall. 

Starts off with a sweet potato and roasted red pepper soup OR a kohlrabi, apple, and purple cabbage coleslaw with an (optional) apple cinnamon vodka dressing made with Portland's Wild Roots Spirits Apple Cinnamon vodka
The main course will be a Vegan Jambalaya
dessert will consist of individual sweet potato pies with a Chai Hazelnut crust
