Vegan Thru The Seasons: Winter!

Come join us as we explore recipes and the benefits of being Vegan thru each changing season! This will be the final class of the Series "Vegan Thru the Seasons!" We began with Spring, and now; as we nestle into our hibernating period, we will finish with Winter.

Eating seasonally available fruits and vegetables ensures optimum nutrition and flavor. Our bodies desire foods that signify a changing climate around us. Whether it’s pumpkin in the fall, corn in the summer, peppermint in the winter or strawberries in the spring, we tend to gravitate to certain foods at certain times of the year. But, that doesn’t mean we know exactly what to do with those things. We might be craving something pumpkin-y, but have no clue what do make. A hankering for kale doesn’t automatically translate into a recipe. Which is exactly why we’ve taken the guesswork out of your seasonal cravings. Find a light summer recipe or a comforting winter one with Margaux this year.

Together we will debunk common myths about vegan cuisine to show that it can be health promoting, nutritionally adequate, delicious, satisfying, inexpensive and easy to prepare.

Margaux is the Creator of Margalaxy Superfood Snacks, and Co-Creator of Best Friend Juice & Espresso Cart. She has been in the baking industry for 13 years.
