Make Paneer and Paneer Crumbles (Chorizo, Italian Sausage and Breakfast Sausage!)

Learn to make the Indian cheese paneer with local cheesemaker, Claudia Lucero of Urban Cheesecraft! Paneer is a hearty and tender cheese that can be made easily in one hour. In this class, you will additionally learn a clever way to transform this recipe into scrumptious replacements for meat or tofu. This vegetarian and omnivore friendly class will leave you with a delicious new life skill. The class will conclude with a tasting of our paneer creations.

The Community Room at People’s Food Coop is located on the 2nd floor up a flight of stairs. It is also accessible by elevator lift--just let a staff member know you need to use it and they will help you!
