Join Our Mending Club!

People’s Mending Club was started by Hands-On-Owner Daniela Steiner, our resident mending expert. A team of volunteers help run the club and have built a friendly environment where all projects and levels of expertise are welcome. Club goers teach each other and help each other.

What to bring:

Bring your own project to mend. If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with a pair of socks, but other projects are certainly welcome! We have scraps, needles, thread, and other tools.

Cost:

Free! Everyone is welcome!

Location:

We're meeting at the little event space just a block north of the Co-op. Its address is 2927 SE 21st (see below image for reference). Entrance door is directly off the sidewalk. Look out for the Mending Club sign in the window!
