Self-Care for the Nervous System: A Movement Exploration

Learn how to use movement to boost your capacity to keep up with life demands while keeping yourself calm, collected, and comfortable. Good for anyone looking to increase resilience to stress, recover from trauma, injury, or chronic pain or preparing for birth or life transition.

Appropriate for the public, yet also will have enough juicy information to be very relevant for health practitioners of all types. (Note, this class is not intended to treat severe emotional trauma. Upon request, I can provide a referral to a trained therapist.)

$15-$35 sliding scale (plus a small Eventbrite fee). Pre-registration strictly required, as this class will fill up.

About the teacher: Karin Wagner is a Certified Advanced Rolfer with 14 years of experience and has a blackbelt in Ki Aikido. Her office is at SE 18th & Clinton.
